Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase unless a customization is requested.  We ship via USPS Priority ($8.95) or USPS Ground ($4.50). We provide full tracking and insurance. Shipping via Fed-X is available upon request. The cost is determined at the time of shipping.

SS Magpie is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages delivered by the US Postal Service.  If you are concerned about this, please choose Priority USPS shipping which provides a tracking number and $50.00 of insurance.

If you live within 15 miles of White Stone, Virginia, I'm happy to deliver your item at no additional charge.
